I am using and adrenaline systems
HD cam mounted with their standard helmet mount. I have mounted my camera to the bike body but have gotten some vibrations at time. I heard that using a suction mount will alleviate the instability...any thoughts?

No idea about that camera specifically, but if you hit it with the suction mount, make sure you safety wire it with a bit of floss or string or some shit as a backup cuz they fall off sometimes

Thanks for the tip, I have done as per your advice. Don't wanna loose my cam. So far the suction mount has held up very well.
The cam I'm using is the adrenaline systems HD:
