My Girl just picked up some equipment in a package deal. One of the items was a Canon 10D that is displaying the (error 99) message.
Allready aware that this is a universal code (that could be a number of things), and allready tried cleaning the contacts with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas or attleast know a reputable place for repair ?
Thanks in advance

I shoot with a D700 and a D300. Anything Nikon will do though.

Canon Digital Elph Powershot, 14 megapixel........$250......my wife takes shots side by side with guyz w/ SLR's......her pics usually rival theirs. Photography really is an art. She spent literally years snappin shots of stunting, now.......and is incredible with that little Elph. Elphs have also been used to capture several magazine cover shots, in the action sports world. The wieght is my wifes favorite part. Good things come in small packages!

get her a t2i or something, they are still really light & can be had for few hundred on CL. She would probably get even better.

She has tried a few different models.......her Elph just kicks ass. I can make 2'x3' posters of a lot of her pics......CRYSTAL clear. It actually blows the minds of professional photographers once in a while. She belongs to a local photagraphers club, and they have showings every couple months. It ain't broke......I'm not fixin it! When it does....we'll try something new!

you'll have to send it to canon, but i believe they discontinued service for the 10d.
