I think the problem is that 50's are titled as off road only in PA. I'm pretty sure that's what my title says but I would have to check for sure.
EDIT: just checked and my title says "ORV". But I know guys convert dirtbikes over to street legal motards so I'm not sure how bikes like that are titled. Haven't had a 4 stroke thumper in a while.

Talked to StrictlyStunt and his street legal 4 stroker KTM was titled "MC" so it was no problem

Yea Im gonna have to do some researching and see if I can get someone at the DMV hook it up with a moped registration. Its worth a try.

not sure about florida but ive seen it done in a few states online. I just need a friend in one of those states to hook it up and then transfer the documents to me and id be set

If your on the missouri side, to pass as a 'scooter/moped' you also can't have an external shifter, it can't have more then 2.5 brake horse power, and can't break 35mph. It pasts on everything except hte external shifter.
However up in st.joe, they are always fucking with us, they don't even say anything about the shifter, they always say "it can't go faster then 25mph" which is bull shit, cause the law is 35mph..

the bad thing is, if u street legal a 50, then if u get caught doing a wheelie on it, its the same fines as if u got caught on ur big bike
