Yep, just on the SI cage they were loose. You just sandwiched them between the cage and the frame. I kept the cage tight, I just ended up breaking them and they still dug into my frame pretty good. It was a bitch removing the old SI cage, the mount on the right side was bent but didn't seem too bad but was bad enough to strip the case and I had to helicoil it to a 10x1.5. I probably should have changed those bolts out....
So you ever sale that old cage? I saw some guy posted he pm'ed you on R6. Hopefully you did. Sorry I fell through, I used the money to get my first hand brake set up. Just bought a nissin master for dirt cheap, and bought Nick's old Ho hey dual caliper bracket w/ caliper. Nothing great but should be good enough for me until I stop sucking.

Anyways thanks for the heads up on the new design and the review.

I sold the cage for cheap. lol I still have people wanting it but its been gone for a while lol.

is the square looking ish where the cross bar mounts fully welded? it doesnt look like it from the pics. im more of a fan of the impaktech design with round tube in that area. less welds to crack.

yes kyle it is fully welded on the inside! the only funny thing is you posting in this thread

didnt you just start a impaktech thread? y not stay over there with your sponsor?
