Having problems with a tokico 4-P caliper.. Pistons are not retracting, and heating up the fluid until the lever goes sloppy... Not much build up on the pistons, so dont think thats the issue... When pushing the pistons in by hand on the left side, the right side pushes out... I can't get a both sides pushed all the way in flush.. It's weird.. Banjo bolt, lines all from Bill at FTI.. First time I've ever had this issue..
Running the FTI dual quad bracket w/brembo footbrake..
Just changed from 8 piston to 4 piston HB, and ever since it's been a bitch.. Anyone run into this problem.....?

Tokico calipers SUCK!! Easiest fix is switch to a Nissin caliper. Had this issue on a 636 track bike. 3 Laps into a race I would have no brakes. Diff calipers no probs.

thats usual to push in on 1 side and the other side pushes out some. but if its real hard to push in, then they are probley sticking and need a rebuild or just simpley buy new caliper

Accossato Front Master - 19mm
Had this master specific for the 8-piston setup, but have to run it until I score a 16mm for the single 4-piston setup I'm running now..
Crazy thing is I cant get fluid pushed back through the line into the resi up front.. Like its plugged up at the banjo... Going to get into it tonight, clean and lube up the pistons/seals.. When I had it setup as 8-piston all was fine, now its being a bitch...

Did you open resivor, when you pushing the pistons?
Seems like too much fluid in resivor and when you close cap it give some preassure
