2000 R6 Subcage Build
Posted by: RockintheR6 - 04-09-2013, 11:20 AM - Forum: Projects and Builds - Replies (1)

So i made a subcage a couple years ago for my bike out of some 1/8" steel plate and it worked good, held up to a lot of drops and wrecks, but would flex when standing on it and just didnt feel solid. A week or two ago I looped my bike and bent the hell out of it. Figured it was time for something beefier so I went and got 1/4" steel plate and made a subcage based off of Sick Innovations design. Cost me $30 in material and I got it done just using a plasma cutter (220 on 110 sucks btw lol), die grinder with cutting wheel, acetylene torch, and a 3lb hammer. Got it mounted up and test out some wheelies on it and its solid as hell. Let me know what ya'll think
F4i headlight attachment fullfairing
Posted by: always.anthony - 04-08-2013, 09:51 PM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (5)

How does the headlight attach to the fairing stay in stock form?

I can't find a picture of it, or an explanation.

I'm trying to go back to full fairing with my headlight and on the fairing stay there are 2 huge rubber grommets where the headlight tabs mount up to, and i just don't see it being as simple as a bolt and and nut because the hole is too big.

anyone know what piece im missing or have a picture of it?

 Bajaj Pulsar Reviews.....
Posted by: Anant - 04-08-2013, 06:52 AM - Forum: Motorcycle News and Press Releases - No Replies

The launch of the series Bajaj Pulsar came as a nascence of a revolution in the Indian biking world. Today, Bajaj Pulsar series is the most successful of all series of bikes, be it under Bajaj or any other brand.
The first look at the first of Pulsars had shocked many. None of us expected the design that Bajaj had come up with in the first batch of Pulsar, the Pulsar 150.
Bajaj Auto uses advanced technology to make Bajaj Pulsar very comfortable bike to offer an easier handling and control. Its advanced suspension system reduces jerks at rough road and enhances handling and control of the bike.
What do i do now?
Posted by: B954Fl - 04-07-2013, 01:33 AM - Forum: Help and How To - Replies (38)

Rode for about 5 min and was just warming up clutching up sitdowns and foot in the hole. Went to clutch up from a stop and Pop that chain snaps i pull clutch and shut off bike go to my truck walk back and there a puddle of oil and antifreeze. just got home and took sprocket cover off and this is what i found. The chain hit the bottom of overflow tank and ripped tab off so tht explains the antifreeze. I have to replace the whole motor right?

I recently moved to Charleston and after a couple months of workin on the house, I'm ready to dust off the bike and ride. Unfortunately my bike is nowhere close to street legal so I'm looking for a spot. Anybody riding in the next couple weekends...the weather is getting nice.
