It's great to be alive, not to sound trite, but I'm glad to be sucking air another day. To be able to clutch up wheelies and horque up stoppies is just the icing on the cake. Don't forget the people and the things that you hold dear.
Hey everyone,
I have a 2002 ZX600E and I'm having trouble finding any stunt parts for it (crash cage, frame sliders, ect.). However, there are plenty of parts for the 2002 ZX6R. Does anybody know if the frame of these two bikes are the same and if I could use the ZX6R parts on my 600E? Also, I am thinking I would like to remove the front fairing and stock headlight and just have the front naked with two projector headlights, but I can't find any information on how to go about doing that. If anybody knows how that is done and could let me know I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your help.
(text modified 12/12/06 with additional information)

'00 ZX6R with a clear salvage title. It has 4300 miles on the bike and runs great! Carbs have been completely reworked. I planned to build this as a stunt bike, but just don't have the time and I need the money badly; so it has never been stunted. It is all stock except for the FI cage (hit the ground once when I pushed the bike off the stand), Amsoil synthetic oil, stock can cut 6" and painted with a flame job, and a custom built 12 bar/ subframe brace. The bike also has a cheater peg installed, but can be removed if you want.

I was setting it up to be streetlegal again, but the state of VA wants too much to inspect it, so it does have working lights, horn, etc. The title states that it is "Salvage/ Rebuildable", so it has to be reinspected to be street legal. I have a new tail light to put on it to be the last item that would make it pass inspection. All lights work (no turnsignals), bar mounted mirror, and everything else works. All items that totaled the bike were either removed (bodywork) or replaces (left switchgear, bar, left peg bracket, etc), so the inspection shouldn't be a problem. I am also getting a new battery this week since the old one has gone bad (dead cells) from it sitting so long. The state of VA wanted $125 to inspect it, and possable an additional $125 because it was modified...but they might not charge that. I was talking to the inspector and she stated that was a possable charge, but she needed to see the bike in person and see what had been changed. I told her is was all appearance and nothing mechanical.

Asking $2500 for the bike as it is. This would already make an awesome lot stunter as it is, or someone can take the time to finally get it street legal. I can deliver a limited distance for an additional fee. The bike is located in Norfolk, VA. I will also entertain trades for a good 4 stroke dirtbike or quad...or partial trade and cash.
| Whats the best way to learn wheelies |

I was wondering what is the best way to learn wheelies like should I start off on a 50, and then go to like a 250cc dirtbike. Or should I jsut get on a motorcycle and jsut slowly start getting more and more air. I want to be able to try wheelies with confidence. And for wheelie do I really need anything special on my bike like new sprockets and chain that will help with wheelies like one of the wheelie kits that they offer more torgue lower top speed thanks.
