Sartso Killer Kevlar Jeans Join XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship For 2010

Los Angeles, CA (January 11, 2009) -- Sartso Killer Kevlar Jeans will be joining the XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship in 2010 with a comprehensive program that includes:
1. Athlete contingency
2. Creation of the Sartso Women's Cup
3. Becoming the "Official Kevlar Jean of XDL" and providing staff apparel
4. Integration into the XDL media package
Being a leader in their field, Sartso jumped at the opportunity to partner with XDL to launch anewwomen's competition for 2010. The Sartso Women's Cup is modeled after the men's individual freestyle format and will be held as a full national points championship. It will give women a platform to become active players in this fast-growing action sport. Said XDL founder Randy Grube: "We are no different than other action sports such as snowboarding or surfing that have embraced active female participation. The voices from the female camp to start a women's competition have been growing louder and with Sartso's participation we felt the time was right. Especially considering the fact that Sartso has a full women's line of Kevlar jeans. Overall I must say that forming this partnership with Sartso has been a real highlight of this year. When I met with Michael and Ben, the guys behind the brand, it became clear right away that we share a vision for where this whole thing is going and that we also all place a very high emphasis on quality and innovation. This is truly a partnership."
Remarked Ben Kelly, COO of Sartso: "When we become aware of the XDL series we instantly saw that this would be the perfect partnership for two forward thinking companies like ours. We are very happy to have formed this relationship with XDL and look forward to actualising our visions together."
Sartso Killer Kevlar Jeans are a new age range of Kevlar jeans designed with the fashion conscious rider in mind. Sartso Killer have constructed a new age Kevlar jean using a woven Kevlar that has been specifically designed to protect riders from abrasion injuries with its exceptional burst strength. Sartso Killer Kevlar has undergone stringent testing to make sure that they withstand the different elements of a motorcycle accident. The XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship is the only national stunt riding championship, soon entering its 5th season. XDL is the leader in reaching the core 20-year old sportbike demographic and has developed into the fastest-growing action sport in America. | Sick Cage and the Worst Luck Ever! |

So.. I keep my bike solid, always make sure the cage is snug before riding. The last sesh the cage started rattling like a SOB. I attempted to tighten it down and could not get the bottom socket cap tight. The nut always grabs so I only need the alan socket to get it snug. I was going to pull the cage off and redo the nut with a Nylon Lock Nut like I did the rear all thread. Looking down the tube with a flash light it looks like the bolt is free b/c of the lip. I basicly have to roll the bike over the cage and plastics to get it free so I can see what the deal is. It wont budge so I decide to use a wheel and cut it off. Here is what comes rolling out of the tube.

All I can think of is it came loose inside the tube and I laid it over on the right side and the vibrations worked it back to the bottom. Talk about some bad luck.

My bike seems to be missing the spacer on the axle in between the swingarm and the sprocket, just on the left side of the wheel there. Can someone tell me how wide that spacer is so i can get something in there.

Was going to build a truck, but gave up on that when i realized how much $$ I was wanting to spend lol. I also have everything you need to convert the front drum brakes to disc brake setup. All the disc brake parts are from a 76, includes rotors, calipers, bearings etc. You can see the thread explaining here
