theres been so much confusion here (and other forums)..... and ive gotten a handful of PM's asking, and seen too many threads about it. eveyones confused, heres my attempt to make it easy and a little less confusing.

first you need to get the Air Induction System out.......
heres a how to on removing the AIS
(JUST DONT DO STEP #6, #7, or #8) (use this as referance on to remove the AIS)
http://www.r6messagenet.com/forums/r...emove-ais.html

now that thats out of the way and the bike is opened up, its time to do the Clean Air Mod so you dont hydro lock your engine.

materials needed

2 secure cap covers & 2 matching size screw type hose clamps

pvc T

hose / tube (i think i used 1/2 x 2' long...?) with 5 screw type hose clamps. and reused the 2 small hose's comming out of the AIS to the ports

how to do the kleen air mod.........
first remove the AIS (air induction system) then basically replace it with the materials above (as seen in the pics & instructions below) ........

#1 is the hose that goes from your crank case breather vent to the air box. remove this hose from the air box and the crank case breather port. then cap it off at the air box. and run a longer hose from the crank case breather port to the top of the T (or looking at the 1st pic, the left port of the T).

#2 is the reed cover plate / AIS ports to the T. run the 2 hose's, one from each port to either side of the T (as seen in the pics).

here is how you set up the air box...........

heres how it should look when done.....

if it feels like to tight of a bend you could always turn the tee or reposition it. as long as its not kinked or bent to where it will block the free flow. and you can get your heat sheild back on you will be good.
Sometimes I notice A rattling sound when I am on a wheelie and give it throttle - my guess is cam chain noise from the oil being at the back of the motor? Anyone else hear this? I have an 05 but a buddy of mine has an 03 and I noticed it too when I rode his bike? Never hear the sound when the bike is level. Anyone?

Hey guys. I have looked around and read posts about how to wheelie and such. I have looked on other forums as well but I have my own question.

What is the best way to learn how to get my bike to balance point? Is it to go about 15mph and throw it up? Or roll about 5 and try? I was out attempting the second choice and ended up almost flipping my bike. But I believe the reason for that was also that I was attempting at a standing position and I think I slipped off of the rear peg. Even though it's a stunt bike and has the cage and stuff, I don't believe that should be an excuse for me to treat it like shit and let it flip on me.

Also I have a 60tooth sprocket on the rear, not sure about the front. I purchased the bike from a previous owner who already stunted it out.

Also today was pretty much my first day trying to wheelie on my 600rr. I use to learn how to do is on my gsxr 1000 but now I am letting that be bike for going fast and purchased the 600 specifically to learn how to stunt on.
