To continue the idea that balance theory has with his frame give away I decided to go the same route. I'm finishing up the build on one of my f4i's and was thinking about raffleing it off to benefit st judes. Bike has been fully torn down and re done. For the Inept reader that means all proceeds go to charity. (tone)

The bike : 2006 Honda f4i with salvage title
Parts: rk cage
929 front end
Rsc.
Street fighterz/ hohey dual caliper setup. With 4 piston hand brake
Sick Round bar
Foot plate
Custom aluminum rear seat replacement
Hohey rear sets
New tires new chain new brakes fresh fluids all the way around
Split seat conversion

Bike only has 6000 miles and has never been stunted. You can see the pics of it in my build thread.

For the raffle.
Either 350 tickets at $10 ea or 175 tickets at $20 each.

Post up and let me know if their is enough interest. I will also ship the bike and pay 1/2 the shipping cost or it can be picked up In person.

Raffle will be done by royalty racing here in st Louis and taped to ensure fairness

| How to fix R6 rectifier/charging system problem |

Ok guys I know a lot of people have been asking or have this problem so I'm gonna do this write up and put up some pics

Here is what has gone on with my bike. It runs code 46 which mean the charging system is getting too much or not enough voltage. All the wires to my rectifier are burnt up along with all the wires from my stator. When I would start my bike it would test at 17.5 volts!!!! Haha not good and after a little bit of riding it would stay at a constant 13.5. One other problem that goes along with all this stuff is if u kill the bike it won't start if u hit the start button it just clicks and you have to roll start the bike. For awhile my simple fix was just replacing the burnt wires but I have now gotten tired of doing that and changing out the whole charging system.

So here is what I will be working with brand new wiring harness, rectifier, and stator. You might wonder why I changed the whole harnes? The reason why is because since the ground and power kept burning up it burnt up other parts of the harness so to hopefully alleviate this problem in the future I got a new harness.

Ok here is how I will hardwired my charging system OUTSIDE of the new wiring harness. Basically I am making a separate harness for the charging system that way if it burns up again it won't ruin my minty harness.
This is what the stator plug and the rectifier look like, I will not be using any of it this is just a reference. I will use 10-12 gauge wire and take the rectifier ground to the ground on the motor. The rectifier power cable is going to go directly to the battery with a FUSE, DO NOT DO THIS WITHOUT A FUSE. The wires from the stator will also be 10-12 gauge wire going tithe rectifier. For all of these plugs u can either use individual plugs or solder. If you use individual plugs I suggest using electrical grease. I will have the rest of the pictures up today someone please sticky this!!!!

| Kawi 4 piston caliper (Tokico) |

Having problems with a tokico 4-P caliper.. Pistons are not retracting, and heating up the fluid until the lever goes sloppy... Not much build up on the pistons, so dont think thats the issue... When pushing the pistons in by hand on the left side, the right side pushes out... I can't get a both sides pushed all the way in flush.. It's weird.. Banjo bolt, lines all from Bill at FTI.. First time I've ever had this issue..

Running the FTI dual quad bracket w/brembo footbrake..

Just changed from 8 piston to 4 piston HB, and ever since it's been a bitch.. Anyone run into this problem.....?

Hey I got a set up quad I am getting ready to possibly trade a kid for an 05 zx6r. The bike only has like 5000 miles and appears to be mint. I haven't seen it yet though in person. What should I look for as far as things that go wrong with them. I'm going to start setting it up for stunt and get to learning slow stuff. Also is this a good year to get?

so i'm riding the 50 around my neighborhood today and i've got a few friends out and a bunch of the neighbors just chillin and having a good time. all of a sudden a cop rolls up, guess he lives a few buildings down, and threatens to arrest me and write me a ticket for doing wheelies on the 50. now i have a bone stock 50, no loud ass pipe, and i'm not pinging it. cop just starts being a douche. anyone know what the laws are in florida about riding the 50? i had a helmet on and full gear plus we were in the grass and my driveway.

i fuckin laughed at him when he asked if i wanted to be arrested. as politely as i could i told him that if he wanted to do the paper work to explain how a 6ft 2in 27 year old was riding a 50cc kids bike around then be my guest. he'd more than likely get laughed out of the precinct for that. idk

i wanna ride my 50 cuz i don't get much time to go stunt my big bike. but i don't need tickets for bullshit.
