<br />
Remove white clip from housing<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_130504.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Undo power and ground connections<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_130824.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Remove the valve and rod assembly<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134342.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_130959.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Pull apart pump module from base<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131243.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131247.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131249.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131252.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Alot of garage floating around in mine...<br />
<br />
Unclip pump holder<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131338.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Remove strainer<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131417.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Now remove the pump from the housing<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131508.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131511.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131514.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Pop the cover off of the connections<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131831.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_131854.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Similar but different..<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_132031.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Cut the wires to the pump, ( as close to the pump as you can)<br />
<br />
Strip the wires, install spade connectors onto ends<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_132400.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Swap over white clip <br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_132721.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
You will need to trim down the clip as so:<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_132741.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Install wires onto pump.<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_132818.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Trim down center of connectors, you will see why in a few when reassembling<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_133929.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Reinstall strainer after spraying out with throttle body cleaner and blowing out with the air hose.<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_133546.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Reinstall rubber fitting from original pump! Not the new one, will not work<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_133603.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
And retaining clip<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_133803.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
This is why we had to trim connectors..<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134208.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />

<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134234.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Make sure they are clipped in completely<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134248.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Reinstall pump assembly into body/ housing<br />

<br />
Reinstall brass screws <br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134741.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134831.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Reconnect wiring<br />
<br />
<img src="http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp38/jacoblankford/IMG_20121215_134957.jpg" border="0" alt="" /><br />
<br />
Reinstall into tank and proceed to grip and rip.<br />
<br />
Remember to make sure you have the positive hooked to the positive on the pump.. otherwise you will be pulling it all apart again...

Ok, we did a major version update tonight. As you can see the site is very plain right now. We came from such an old version that the modifications we had made to the old site weren't compatible with the new version. Instead of trying to find some hack-job way to make it work we decided to start from a clean slate. Obviously this is going to take some time but in the end it'll be worth it.<br />
<br />
We also installed the Tapatalk plugin for those of you with iPhones and Android Phones. The Tapatalk software for your phone is not free, but I know a lot of you already have it and prefer to use it for forums on your phone.<br />
<br />
That's about all I have for now. Time for sleep.<br />

So my build has finally begun. I decided against the 674cc motor due to it causing possible over heating issues. However I did have the transmission under cut and replace the rings and bearings. Basically I have a fresh motor.<br />
I am putting 09 race fairings on it with an 09 swing arm <br />
Right now I am working on getting the 09 arm to fit. At first I thought it was going to be a real paint in the ass with the steel frame but looks like it will be pretty easy. I put a RC51 swing arm on an f4i so I know I can do this. Once I get it mocked up every thing is going off to powder coat. I figured I would get away from black and green and decided to go with pearl white candy orange and black. <br />
Let the fun begin<br />
